Champagne Collet

To me, there is nothing that pairs better with a slice of cake than a glass of champagne. My French upbringing has given me a taste for the finer things in life, and Champagne Collet is truly the most exquisite drop you could ever have. They have been a long-term partner of The Caker’s for the best part of ten years and I will never say no to either serving it alongside my cakes, or even using it as an ingredient!
