What makes you feel powerful?
A great outfit!
-
What is your favorite city in the world, and why?
Paris, I love everything about it! The shopping, the architecture, the art, the food, the parties and of course, the champagne.
-
What was your birthday cake of choice as a kid?
I had the same birthday cake every year as a kid, I made it myself and always decorated it exactly the same every year with blue and yellow flowers with icing. The cake was a dark chocolate cake and it had espresso and Greek yogurt in it which I now realise is quite high brow for a 10 year old haha.

If you could go back and capture a memory from your life in HD, to rewatch whenever you wanted, which would it be?
Definitely my wedding day! It was SO much fun! We live streamed it so all our friends could watch from all over the world. I have a copy of it so I actually can watch it whenever I want!
-
What star sign are you and which traits from it resonate with you?
I’m an Aquarius sun, Pisces moon and Sagittarius rising and I feel like I really resonate with all of them! I blame all my bad personality traits on my Sagittarius rising haha particularly my often brutal humour and no inside voice.
-
What is your favorite fruit?
Tamarillos! Omg I’m obsessed.
-
If you could have complete access to any designer's archives, who would it be?
Eeeek this is a hard one! Prada... or Jean Paul Gaultier... or Phoebe Philo for Celine... or Vivienne Westwood...or Balenciaga...
-
What movie could you watch over and over again?
Ratatouille! Also all of the Harry Potter films, I have probably seen them all about 20 times.
-
You've spent a lot of time in London - if a good friend came to visit for the day, where would you take them/what would you do?
Esters in Stoke Newington for brunch, central for shopping and then back east for cocktails at Pamelas and ending the night next door at The Haggerston.
-
Are you a cat person or a dog person?
I am usually a dog person but got a kitten earlier in the year and I’m utterly obsessed with him. He is the funniest little creature and so ridiculously cute!
-
You have a killer wardrobe, which three pieces of clothing do you own that mean the most to you?
Thank you! I think my favourite pieces would be a Prada dress I got last season, it’s black, wool and very chic! I imagine I will still be wearing it when I’m in my 50s (if I still fit it) My Margiela knee high boots with a cut out heel and my Balenciaga SS17 floral trousers because they are iconic!
-
You've lived overseas for a lot of your adult life, what do you look forward to the most when you return to NZ?
I love going back to my family home on he coast of Taranaki and going swimming nd sunbathing on the beach in front of he house, it’s really private and here is never anyone else there! atching up with friends, house parties nd going out for dinner at all the mazing restaurants in Auckland.
-
In your opinion, what is the best example of a date night with your husband?
If we are in London I like to get dressed up and go to dinner somewhere fancy in Mayfair and then back east to our favourite pub The Haggerston to drink cheap Prosecco and dance haha. If it’s in Auckland it would be a little more low key, dinner at one of our favourite restaurants on K’rd with yummy wine. I’m happiest when I’m eating.

What is something surprising about you that most people don't know?
I don’t know how to drive.
